Ford F150 Belt Squeal Problem

I have a 2005 ford 150 5.4L it has a squeal,sometimes you can drive for a couple of days and will not hear it changing revs on the engine will take it away. Took it to garage they replaced the tensioner pully and a new belt.drove 200kilo and squeal is back then he said the water pump was leaking and the belt was no good after 3 days.I took the truck apart my self there is no leak anywhere no sign that ther ever was one.will i install the pump or what do you suggest.thank you michael

Answer: try a different brand belt, and if it squeals, replace the automatic tensioner then.
